I lead with KK UtG. Just becuase if I play slow I wanna be SURE my hand is good.

w/o reads u get stacked here almost everytime since u are quasi slowplaying w/o the best hand.

Also if low cards come on the flop a villian with QQ/JJ could think u hit a set here. If you raise out you probably get more money from lower pp/AQ or whatever.

if u limp raise and someone 3bets u can be pretty sure its AA.

The books seem to often afvocate limp raising, but it seems that most people have read those books and know u have AA/KK.

The pros pull squeeze plays (and pay attention to eachother enough to know a squeeze is possible) that their hands are better disguised.
