Generally you should be very wary of bottom set in PLO8. It's easy to have a set go down to a drawn straight or flush, and add on top of that the possibility that you could be up against a bigger set (and therefore potentially drawing to one out for high), and you can probably convince yourself that bottom set is not a very appealing hand to flop.
As a rule of thumb, when getting started in PLO8, you should be putting bottom set into the muck pretty often, especially in a multiway pot.
That being said, this particular board isn't so scary-looking to bottom set. But if you're going to take a stand with it, I'd prefer a max check-raise since you're in EP. If it checks around, so be it--bottom set isn't that good anyway.
