When you try to setup a new skin you'll get an error message the first time you attempt to log into the new program. (This is a new thing they've started doing in the last couple months).
Once you have an established account (via the workaround explained above) you can use them on the same computer. Now that I have a eurobet account I have all the party skins and use them on the same computer (even at the same time) it's the setup process that's causing the problem.
