I'm actually doing it right now. It's a little complicated but worth it. You sign up for an account via the website, deposit via the website, then transfer from the sportsbook to poker via the website (make sure you input the code at this point, it is PE200), then you are free to play the 1000 hands needed. I assume you'll have to transfer back to cashout, though I'm not that far yet.
One thing you should look out for is load the poker client and make sure its going to allow you to play before transferring from the sportsbook to poker. If you get the "you already have an account at party" type crap then you may have to do some other things.
