He's obviously trying to represent the two, but the question is, is he semi-bluffing with the flush draw. I think its very possible. The problem that i see is that a 3-bet kill action against hands you beat (j, possibly 1010 or 99) and will only get hands that beat you (a 2) to call your 3 bet. On the other hand, if he is semi-bluffing with the flush draw then your giving him a free card. Im not exactly sure what the best play is here. I think best line is to call the flop and let him lead out the turn with a strong bet, then come over top depending on bet/pot size and stacks (if the turncard is a blank). I think this is the best way to extract chips out of worse hands.
