I had one of those, it was way to small to wear as a hat, so I gave it to a former boyfriend of mine as a cockwarmer.
He said that the material itched too much, so he put it on his dog.
The dog promptly took it off, ripped it to shreads and finally took a dump on it.
It really is a potty hat.
