Your turn check-raise seems pretty dubious to me. If he has a big pocket pair and he chooses to 3-bet the flop, there's a good chance he's planning to check behind on the turn and call a river bet no matter what hits. Too risky.
I know there's only 1 combination of aces, but after he caps preflop and 3-bets the flop, check-raising the turn seems designed to get lots of money in only when you are way behind.
Capping the flop and leading the turn seems MUCH better to me. This gives him the chance to get stubborn with those kings and queens and never lets him have the opportunity to showdown cheap.
The way this hand went down, I'd guess you chopped with another AK.
