I say cap the flop and lead turn. The board is pretty safe unless villain has AA or 99. He could easily have something like KQd, AK, AQ, AJ, or TT-KK.

I think the turn check-raise is pretty good too, and the fact that he doesn't 3-bet says you're probably ahead.
