On the turn, you're only behind QQ (unlikely given preflop action), 77 (unlikely given flop action), or 85 and 53 (and if your opponents are playing those hands, then congratulations on your table selection). They're not going to fold after showing so much aggression, so you're betting purely for value.

Hand 2 I think is standard against someone who's stacking off. A turn raise might fold him. I'd raise any non-heart river.
