One way to avoid this I think is to limit "approved" Party rakeback to reputable, established affiliates. With a limited number signed up, there'd almost be an oligopoly of sorts so there would be no need for cut-throat pricing. I don't really know how the "affiliate economy" works but i'd think Party would be relatively tight with how things are ran? From what I remember the rakeback situation on Empire on Eurobet were falling into an equilibrium of sorts, where the system working pretty well from what I remember.
