Yes, and that's why this Party rakeback is probably going to be short lived, if it even happens at all.

It won't take long before the affiliates start undercutting each other yet again with better rates and defrauding the system with more players signing up for duplicate accounts. This is essentially what happened before, except they were using the skins to cannibalize the Party player base. Now, they'll just be cannibalizing each other's Party players. The site won't put up with it for long. They'll either turn off individual tracking again, or possibly even shut down the blatant ones.
