I just switched party accounts, and if you email
cashier@pay-pro.com (not sure, but something like that) to reopen your neteller account and raise your limits, they will ask for you to call them, and after like 24 hours, they will close neteller on your old accounts (pp, empire) and open it up on your party account. And instantly can transfer a real bankroll.
