These were great, but I have not seen them on the menu for years. I remember these when they were called chilitos (late 80s or early 90s). Is it on the menu in Oklahoma or do you just ask for a special order?
Wow, I just found the coolest website ever which answers my own question. You don't know how lucky you are. I live in MA and I am apparently going to have to go to Brooklyn to get one of these.

Sweet website. Yeah, i've been places where they don't have them, especially when TB is combined with another restaurant. They're right on the menu here and in MN where I eat them too.
