Not QQ or JJ, he'd probably reraise preflop.

QJ is possible, but so is AQ, KQ, QT, etc. TP checkraise is a standard play from the blinds against a preflop raiser. If you don't raise the flop (which I would have,) you have to raise the turn - don't give him a cheap chance to hit his kicker. Also to get the callers out.
