Default Eurobet Support

This was so ridiculous I had to share it.

IN the middle of a NL tournament on Eurobet early this morning when Eurobet's complete tournament system crashed. I was also in a SNG and 2 ring games. SNG crashed but came back up about 20 minutes later. NL tournament never came back. Normally you get an email explaining what happened and explaining what they are going to do. I go nothing this time so I sent a message through their Message system. The message and response are below. My message is on the bottom and their response is on the top.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your message.
We would like to inform you that we do not discuss accounts information with clients that are not the account holder.

I was in the middle of a NL tournament when your system crashed.

How are you going to reimburse the remaining players due to your system crash?
