I hate Cappeletti's omaha book. I would add all the work by Ciaffone (Improve Your Poker, Middle Limit Poker, Omaha Hold'em Poker, and No Limit and Pot Limit Poker) and SSII. I haven't read Bad Beats and Lucky Draws, but do you really want to listen to Hellmuth whine about that?
