I'm not sure that it's best to group 5/10 in the high bracket.
Although in theory you could sort the posts this way, in practice I think it encourages 5/10 players to post in the high forum because of the glamour.
I think it's better to make the high forum include 6/12+ and then make it known that it's okay to post interesting/difficult/deep-stacked/etc hands from the lower stakes. That way, you encourage 5/10 players who wander onto 2+2 to post their hands on the lower forum, but you give some leeway to the 5/10 2+2 veterans.
