Default QQ Preflop after 2 reraises

BB is a certifiable MANIAC. No reads on CO, as I was multitabling, which probably isn't the wisest thing to do when you're somewhat new to a game, lol. I had no reason to believe he was a maniac though.

In this hand, is there anywhere I should push preflop? Or fold? Or should I have called that last raise and just seen a flop?
