I think there are 2 otions here. Check-raise and fold the turn UI to a 3bet or check-call him down unless you improve and bet-fold the river.
Check-calling is not that great because you fear a K or Q.
If he will reraise me only with a better hand (and most players at this limit do), I go for the CR, call a 3bet and fold a brick turn.
If he doesnt 3bet me, I lead the turn.
