I'm not really qualified for advice at these stakes but I'd call the 3-bet, lead the turn and go to showdown.
I get raisd on the turn, I'd call and check/call the river but consider a check/fold if the board texture got a lot worse.
The turn lead prevents the free river but keeps you from losing too much the times you are already behind or get drawn out while keeping some value in the decent made hand you have.
