Default Is it me, or is the NBA as meaningless as the NHL?

I'm a HUGE sports fan. I live and breathe NFL and have played sports my whole life. But nothing made me happier than seeing the NHL season cancelled. Soccer on ice? Who needs it?

The NBA finals is on tonight. Is it game 2, game 3? I don't know. I don't care. Who won game 1? I don't know, I don't care. I was rooting for Shaq to win a title without KoBe, but the NBA is really just a collection of oversized-overhyped crybabies. I'm not watching NBA anymore. I hope it goes out along with hockey.

I can't figure out why I ever liked the goofball game anyway, where the game is decided by foul calls and free throws, where the last 3 minutes of the game takes 30 minutes and has zero chance of being interesting now that Reggie Miller retired. The game is dead.

BTW: I am watching "Miss Marple" on PBS in the background rather than the NBA finals, which I just flipped past. That's just how dead the NBA is in my mind.
