Edit your hosts file (usually at c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc for XP, c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc for 2000) in Notepad, and add a line to point from
www.eurobet.com (or whatever web server that page is on, which is the bit after the // and before the first / in the address) to 127.0.0.1
You may have to undo this to be able to get to the rest of the Eurobet site (eg. Cashier) if it's on the same web server as the dumb Goodbye page.
