Couple things you should check.

1. Make sure that you are importing the HH saved to your Hard drive. SNG tracker does not read the emailed HH.
2. Make sure the default name is set correctly.
3. Try importing the folder manually, sometimes the "Import from Watches" does not work
4. Try restarting SNG tracker.
