I use this same exact structure. 20 minute blinds is a must because usually you will not even get around the table once in 20 minutes.

I usually only have about 6 players and we start with 240ish chips. This leads to 2.5-3 hour game.
If you use that other structure from the homepokertourney website, you have to color up, which you don't have to do with this structure if you value your chips properly. We use strange chip values 1,2,4,8,16.
