2. It is NOT obvious that he wasn't trying to rip them off just because he is refunding the money. He might have had every intention of ripping someone off before a) changing his mind, or b) realizing EBay wouldn't allow the sale.
3. People should read the product description more carefully, and this woman should be happy she is getting her money back without much hassle.
