I lived in Canada(err Quebec lol) for 3 yrs....
Canadian women are MUCH MUCH MUCH hotter than Americans ones on average. Especially French Canadian women. It isnt even close. I should mention Ive never lived in California, or the Southeast...so...perhaps that skews my view of American women.
