I would cap a wide range here, basically any two unpaired cards 9 or below, because if I had raised them in the first place, I would have to be on tilt, and so it is clear to me that my tilt-induced state of mind would cause me to cap here.

Oh, and I also cap KTs and 44 when on tilt for deception purposes.

EDIT: Should probably include some real content. I think not capping anything is a decent line. Given how infrequently this scenario occurs, I think I prefer capping with AA though. You stand to get a lot of action anyway from JJ-KK and if the opponent is screwing around, the bloated pot might induce looser calldowns (rather than warning him to get away quickly). Because the situation is so rare, an opponent cannot reliably know that your capping range is precisely AA.
