I can't figure out where you are, but if it's the button, no problem, at least in theory.
Where you may run into trouble is that during the first hour, your raise often won't thin the field much, and you do not want to play KQo four-handed. As the blinds get higher, and are worth winning, this becomes a better play, but at this point all a raise will usually do is juice the pot with a mediocre hand. An hour later, this is perfect, right now, I'd limp.
As to the push, villain is an idiot. Make a note, and fold. Either AA or 99. Maybe AJo.
