Some comrades and I were discussing different types of cheese. One of my friends favorite chesse is extra sharp cheddar. I concluded (sorry for the poker reference) that extra sharp cheddar was like going allin because when someone tasted extra sharp cheddar it really put them to the test. They either liked cheddar, and therefore loved the extra sharp variety, or hated cheddar, and could not stand the extra sharpness. More mild cheeses are like smaller bets, you can not mind them, and still eat them in all their mildness, even if its not your favorite kind of cheese (I equated this somehow with the concept of calling because the pot is laying such good odds).
