I think I bet this flop. You have fold equity. Maybe this is a leak.
I don't know if I like the turn c/r. A lot of times the MP player will be betting the flop to take a stab at a raggedy pot. He might be scared of the two callers and check the turn through. I think you need to lead the turn.
After he 3-bets, call it down. You want a showdown. You only need to be ahead 20% of the time to break even (I hope this math is right).
