I don't like calling the PF raise. I think I'd let it go, but I can see raising as a possibility, especially if you have a read on the raiser. When you first limp in, you're playing for set value. When he raises, he's made your implied odds much worse.
The problem with calling the all-in bet is that even a flush draw with no pair is a favorite against you, if Villain's two clubs are higher than 9. Also if he has two clubs, and one of them is the Jack, he's got you absolutely crushed.
