Lets say...

Flop (3 players, $22): 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero checks, EP checks, LP checks.

What is Hero's action if the turn is:

a) Broadway heart?
b) Small heart?
c) Offsuit broadway card?
d) Brick?
