I have a 17% flops seen on this table (6 handed) and he has probably noticed I'm playing extremely tight. My only other notable prior history is going way too many bets on the flop with a gutshot vs him and hitting (yesterday), so that may still be in the back of his mind with regards to what he thinks of my play.

I concede that I do not understand the river. Is he calling with K-high? Wouldn't you be better off inducing a bluff by checking twice?
