Super System chapter is good too.
Sklansky & Miller are working on a Theory of NLHE that is due out this Spring.
For NLHE tourneys, the Harrington books + Tournament Poker for Advanced Players are the best 2+2 books. The best non 2+2 tourney books are Kill Phil and Phil Gordon's Little Green Book.
Best tourney DVDs are Lederer's More Secrets to NLHE and Phil Gordon's Final Table Poker.
