Update #1
I have received this e-mail from Mr True, today:
"We sent emails to everyone as of about 6:30 pm last night.
We would not transfer any money until GM gave us the go-ahead. That way, if it was a no-go, we would not have to transfer it back to everyone.
All of them are set up to transfer when we are told to do so."
If you wrote before 6.30pm last night and have not received an e-mail, I suppose you should do a reminder now, but please ensure it is clearly marked that it is a reminder because you have not received a reply to your original request.
