I don't see a point to it, my back is to the entrance and I reduce my possilbe contact with nastiness on the inside of the doors. I'm pretty sure I see people close and lock the stall just to pee, and I don't understand why. Most don't.

I don't care where I piss, but if I'm pissing in a stall, there's no way in hell I'm going to all the trouble of closing and locking the door.
