I have a hard time believing this is really that elite. My senior year in high school, after having only trained in the gym six months, I benched over twice my weight. (I weighed 180 and benched 2 reps of 375.) I was on a hardcore lifting routine for wrestling season, but if I was able to do it with less than 6 mos training, I can't imagine it's all that elite.

If you were a wrestler, your standards for "elite" are going to be a little higher than the average human's.
