Looks like you are running bad as you should win more at showdown with your WSD and lowish blind defense numbers.
You can steal more and defend both blinds more aswell.
My AFs are higher than yours I think, but I canīt help you with that. Posting hands or replying to posts may help you find more spots to bet/raise rather than check/call.
You are losing a ton in the BB, probably alot of it from running bad though, but thats a place to start looking.
