Said he was at a bar in Chi-town.
Guy comes up - $100 for a Roshambo. Phil does scissors, guy does paper.
Another $100, Phil does scissors, the guy does paper.
Guy goes away.... comes back a while later.
$300!
The guy does paper, Phil does paper. "Ok, I have this guy figured out now, he is going to stick with paper until I blink"
They go again, Phil cuts his paper.
$500! Phil wins with scissors.
The guy empties out his wallet - about 1200. Phil wins with scissors "so I gave him $20 for cab fare, bought him a beer and sent his ass home"
