Notwithstanding that she is one of the loudest, most annoying people on the planet, she has mentioned at several staff meetings how important it is that we all respect each other's interest in having a quiet work environment and that she's raising the issue because others have been making so much noise it's impossible for her to be able to concentrate on her work.
