I would raise to 400 to give the players left to act a chance to call or come over the top with AK/AQ/AJ. Raising to 400 would make it wrong for the remaining players or SB to call with a flush draw. BB very likely has Ace with strong kicker. I think it will be hard for BB to get out of the hand if it gets heads up. I think going all-in right now might force out a 2nd ace that you want to keep in. Pushing might also force out the BB.
