If he has 66 you only have 2 outs. I prefer not to bet my stack on 2-4 outs.

Guessing for your stack usually doesn't work, which is why it is a good idea not to get all in when you first sit down without any reads.

It's not like you have worked your way into the hand and are pushing the last half, you are essentially pushing 85% of your stack with no reads and serious action (villain is re-raising a checkraise) for two pair against an unknown.

Again, I didn't say it was horrible, I said it was definitely not an "easy" push if you think it through.

We are not debating a call, we are debating a push.

Do you play 400NL regularly?

I am not trying to be offensive. This is the mid stakes forum and there are plenty of donks at 100NL you could do it against, but much less (considering the action), at 400NL.
