I agree that your advantage is not as big as others are saying. I think people are underestimating the number of donkeys who will call you when they have only a 10-20% chance of winning. Which means you can't just push all-in with your 80-90% favorites every time. The best strategy is probably to save your big bets until the river, where you can play with 100% accuracy, but doing so is not going to win you the tournament anywhere near 90% of the time.
