This last argument doesn't make sense. I'm much more likely to be ahead of the CO than the BB, so it helps me if the CO makes a "marginal" call with an overpair, giving me the odds to draw to a full house if necessary. That dead money would let me call even if the BB has a higher set more than 60% of the time. In fact, if I can win the rest of the CO's money, that will make up for having only one out against the BB more than 80% of the time, as my net investment will be 56 BB to try to win the 300 BB main pot.
