Open pushing preflop with 19xbb and TT is pretty bad here. The only hand you're significantly behind that you maybe fold out is JJ. There's no reason to be so scared of seeing a flop with a 19xbb stack or having to make a decision for the remainder of your stack pre or post flop.
You can make an argument for calling or folding based on your image and image of reraiser. Given that your image is tight and reraiser is tight, I'd lean towards folding, but it's close.
