Against a loose raiser, I think calling the minraise from the BB is fine since you will hit TP/overcards+flush/overcards+gutshot/2-pair/trips/flopped flush/etc. enough to justify the 3:1 pot odds on the initial call.

Given that this is the final table and you can be in a virtual tie for 3rd with one double up even if you fold this flop, I would tend to shut down with second pair+backdoor flush draw. Even calling the 4000 hurts your future FE and I'm not sure it's worth it. It's close, though, and I could easily be wrong about this one.
