Paris Buffet - get there at 5:00 and pay the lunch price. They switch over to dinner at 5:30, you'll get the best of both worlds. The French pastry is incredible.
The Bellagio is good, but personally I think it's overpriced and overrated. In terms of low-limit rooms, I'd check out the Mirage, the MGM, and the Aladdin, and the Imperial Palace is fun for camp value. Basically, a 3-6 game is a 3-6 game; it depends on what you're looking for. Do you want the worst players? The fastest drink service? The nicest tables/chips/cocktail waittresses?
