Everyone is a losing player, but not everyone is "just a slightly losing player" like the OP is asking. To the OP, you can actually 'prove' this without analyzing your results, as long as you always make the same decision in the same circumstances. You can then see the EV of every decision you make an calculate the house edge you are giving up from that.

Basically, though, you should know if you are a slight loser without looking at your results. If you follow a chart / suggested strategy 99% of the time, you are a slight loser.
