Signing Palmer was a great move (I'm a cincy-area native).
Our pass defense, particularly Deltha, is horribly overrated. Those INTs, largely a product of luck, belie a secondary that has been atrocious against the pass. Of course the Colts pissed all over it, but the browns and bills? Come on!
