Here's my two cents:

I'd play it same way against a tight player. The river is close I think. You possibly could get a bet out of A-J or A-T or a small pair but you could cost yourself a bet if he has TT or JJ and he intended on checking. If you know he would value bet with TT, JJ, or a Q, then I think you have an easy bet out on the river.

Against an agressive player, you probably check-raise the flop and earn an extra small bet.
